Refund & Replacement Policy

No Returns
All products are custom made specifically for each customer.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Replacements for Manufacturer Defects
If your product arrives with a manufacturer defect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos and a description of the defect.

Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

Exclusions
Replacements are only offered for manufacturer defects.

Issues resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer-provided design errors are not covered.

Process
Contact our support team with your order details and photos of the defect.

Once verified, a replacement will be produced and shipped promptly.
